Website terms

The Sortabit website is operated by Sortaider Rental OÜ, registration number 16835115, Väike-Männiku 13, 11216 Tallinn, Estonia. It presents rental products and lets you send a rental enquiry.

Enquiries, quotations and pricing

Making selections, viewing the price summary and downloading a PDF send nothing to us. An enquiry reaches us only when you send it through the form; you will receive an acknowledgement by email. An enquiry is not a booking or payment.

Based on your enquiry, we prepare a quotation confirming the final price, taxes, transport, availability and handover and return arrangements. You receive the quotation by email with a link. A rental contract is formed when you accept the quotation and the rental terms through the link or in another form that can be reproduced in writing. The quotation is valid for the period stated in it.

Please check quantities, dates, times and contact details. Report a technical fault or unclear price to [email protected]. Correcting an error does not permit unilateral changes to an existing agreement.

Product images and content

Photographs and marking previews help you choose. Some product photographs have been edited for presentation; screen colours and marking positions may differ slightly from the actual product. The accepted quotation and handover record establish the agreed product features and configuration.

Trademarks, text, photographs and designs are protected as provided by law. You may use them to make your own rental selection and review a quotation. Other commercial use requires the rights holder’s permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide only information you are entitled to use. Deliberately disrupting the service, sending automated or false enquiries, distributing malware or attempting unauthorised access to another person’s information is prohibited. To prevent abuse, we may limit the number of enquiries sent from one address. Technical interruptions may affect availability; please report problems to our contact address.

Rental is governed by the rental terms and the accepted quotation. Data processing is explained in the privacy policy and cookie information. Simply using the website is not consent to unnecessary data processing.
